WHO IS JAMES CAMERON COACHING
My story began with my tough upbringing where I was brought up by my mum who suffers with severe mental health issues and overall poor health. My dad was not really In the picture. The knowledge I know now, with the things I have been through I have nothing but consistency to give.
Growing up, I was seen as the âstupidâ kid who had no bright future. My belief systems were so severely negative from the things that I had witnessed and seen that getting through each day felt like the biggest challenge. Looking back now at my younger years, I really do not know how I done it. This caused me to go inwards at a very young age, and in doing that I was able to slowly and gradually break the illusion of life. I literally built myself from the ground up. I was handed nothing, everything I have received in life and developed has been through my own hard work. I am the hardest worker in the room. This was in total contrast to who I thought I was growing up because I let the external world dictate who I was. Unfortunately, I did fall in the trap of my weak self and got heavily involved in drugs and alcohol at a young age. I became dependent on these vices for a good few years. The emotions and the state I was feeling at such a young age, I couldnât even explain to you what that was like. But looking back now it was vitally important for my development and fine tuning my character.
I got asked to leave school at 16 years old, now knowing there was more knowledge out there I was still falling into the dark world that was awaiting for me. I came to the full realisation that no-one or nothing was coming to save me.
I went on the journey of failing and making many mistakes, a journey I had no idea how difficult would be. A small voice inside my mind knew I could be more despite my circumstances and disadvantages. The pain taught me perseverance and that I had to ruthlessly dedicate myself to be the man I wanted to be and become to step into the potential I had locked inside of me.
I have always asked from the start of my journey, to build a strong character foundation. I am still a long way away from the place I want to be physically but mentally I am living in the state I need to be in. My daily objective is to live in a calm state without any drama or distractions pulling me away from my path. I persist in my fighters mentality.
My Mum
One of the most important individuals in my life, is my mum.
If you were to meet my mum, youâd never think she is someone who is going through her own mental heath battles and fighting with poor health each and every day.
But thatâs what she is a fighter. She never complained about why she got dealt these cards in life, but continues to strive to get better each and every day.
Despite having to fight with poor health, what I admire most about her is that she never let it change her. Her kindness and gentle nature remained no matter what life threw her way. When battling with poor mental health, it amazes me that she can keep her sense of humour and gentle nature.
Iâll be honest, growing up we didnât always have the best relationship. I was young and having to watch my mum go through her own battles and having to try accept my home life was different to others. I was watching her go through pain, and not being able to do anything about it.
Donât get me wrong, we donât always see eye to eye but our relationship is building each and every day. When weâre younger, itâs harder to fully understand what our parents are going through but now looking back I can appreciate everything she has done despite all her struggles.
She always wanted me to be able to build a life for myself where I was happy and successful. But the truth is, she is my main motivation. Every single day, I strive for greatness and will continue to do so because of her. Sheâs the perfect role model for helping me develop my consistency for life. Each day, our relationship grows and has become stronger. My mum has one of the biggest hearts and sheâll always be the reason that I keep going each day and do what I need to do.

WHAT IS A LEADER?
A leader is someone on the path of self-mastery. They step into their power daily, gaining control over their mind and emotions. Instead of reacting impulsively to life, they approach challenges with objectivity and clarity.
Grounded in their values, they strive to align their actions with their principles and have a clear vision for what they want out of life.
A leader acts with discipline and integrity at all times. They accept their current reality, and if they donât like it, they take full responsibility and take action to change it.
True leaders inspire others. They recognise that life is tough but are willing to walk through the fire to achieve their goals. They see the value in others, possess strong character, and direct their thoughts, feelings, and actions toward their purpose. In doing so, they not only elevate themselves but also those around them.
THE LEADER 365 PROGRAMME
It is time to take back control. Are you ready to FEEL, LOOK & PERFORM like you did in your 20s and make the greatest comeback of your life? Have you been neglecting yourself? Do you know youâre meant for more, but you feel stuck? We help men become the leaders of their own livesâevery single day of the year. This is not about quick fixes. This is about finding out WHO YOU WANT TO BE and using each day as a building block to step into that man. We donât chase perfection. We learn, adapt, and grow.
DO YOU WANT TO UNLOCK THE LEADER WITHIN?
There was a point in my life where I was hiding behind a mask, deep down I was wanting to make a change and be the leader of my own life. I wanted to live by strong daily habits and values, and feel powerful. I was drifting through life in the same cycle, wanting more for myself but facing low self-confidence and low self-esteem.
A lot of coaches can write you up a nutrition plan, write you out a training programme, help you achieve your physical goals but I want to push past the short term results and dive deep into building sustainable changes.
I'm here to tell you that you can be in your prime at any age, you can tap into the strongest part of yourself at any moment and find your inner power.
What does matter is knowing you want more for yourself and committing to the process.Â

I have been training with James (James Cameron Coaching) for just under a year now. I had been contemplating a personal trainer for quite a while but never went that step further until James was recommended to me.
I started off with personal training sessions twice a week and then was encouraged by James to join in with some of the group sessions that he holds. James is always well prepared and always has a routine planned for every session that's really varied and personally challenging, but also fun. James motivates and encourages me not only during the training sessions but throughout the week with training videos and effective nutritional guidance. He also does weekly check-ins via the James Cameron Coaching app which really helps to keep you on track out with the training sessions.
Since working with James, I feel more motivated and fitter and it has opened up new avenues to other forms of exercise that I hadn't tried before such as running, boxing, circuits, spin cycling, and even yoga! James alternates the programme to avoid repetition which keeps me interested and looking forward to each session. He always provides constructive feedback and encourages me to push myself further each week. Booking sessions in advance means I am committing to going and there's less chance of me finding an excuse not to go.
Attending the group sessions with other people who are varying ages and fitness levels has also helped increase my confidence and form relationships with a great group of people who always motivate and support one another.
The training sessions have had a really positive impact on my life, and I have made progress I didn't think was possible. I can see muscle definition that I didn't have before, particularly in my arms, shoulders and legs. I am sleeping better, I feel energised, and I am more mentally alert than before.
The professionalism and passion James has for what he does is inspirational. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness I have at my age without the help of James and I would encourage anyone who is thinking of a personal trainer to get in touch with him and start your own journey to reaching your fitness and well-being goals.

I joined the programme to improve my body shape strength & weight. I have always been very sporty playing squash & tennis regularly but wanted an extra few % to help me now I was the wrong side of 50!
The programme particularly helped me through a tough year when my parents died within months of each other. It gave me something to concentrate on & keep me feeling good, healthy etc when life was tough. I guess watching my body shape change & eating habits improve has been some of the best things to happen & not just for now but for the future. In everyday life now I now feel more confident & not just stronger physically but mentally.
Working with James has been a good experience for myself & I think James has enjoyed it too!
His guidance on gym work & eating habits has helped me a lot. He has accumulated a good team of people who have stayed with him for a long period of time & all get on well with each other.

My work is sedentary and I get stressed by deadlines and snack a lot in front of the laptop to compensate. I knew I needed to sort myself out, and recognised that I would benefit by investing money and time in hiring a PT - someone l'd feel I was letting down if I didn't get on with my fitness journey. The money is a key factor because it motivates you to get the most out of your investment.
The programme has made me realise I can become fitter, leaner and stronger, and that physical activity can be enjoyable and rewarding.
It's made me realise I need to improve my health generally - so I got myself checked out at the doctor and found out my blood pressure is higher than it should be. I even braved having a blood test (hate blood!). I'm sure my new mindset helped me cope with this. My cholesterol is high too, but not badly, so l now feel all the more motivated to improve by cardio and my nutrition - as well as my mindset.
I love lifting weights â never imagined I would! I also love running and am doing Couch to 5K on the treadmill in between sessions. I am amazed about this!
I feel more focused on my health and fitness and more positive generally, too. It's made me take account of my ridiculous work deadlines and be more mindful of my workload and how to plan it better. It's also made me more conscious of my eating and of my general health. On top of this, it's given me social contact with really nice people (including James) while I'm living on my own while my partner is out in Hong Kong.
I've found working with James to be unexpectedly good fun - but also structured and focused with lots of encouragement and a growing sense of my own responsibility in the partnership. I can see that l've become more autonomous, planning my fitness goals and my attendance at the gym, including deciding to do a 5k!
