Download the Kajabi App

To make things easier, download the Kajabi app and sign in with the account details you created when purchasing The Breakthrough 8. You will be able to access The Breakthrough 8 programme and modules without having to use your browser. Makes things a lot easier! Once in, you can work through the modules at your own pace.

After you watch module 1 in the app, there will be a few things you'll need to get to get started (these will be mentioned below the module). I have provided the link below to the google spreadsheet which has your training plan, calorie count and progress tracker. Please make sure you make a copy before editing or download your own copy.

Complete Your Check-Ins

You must complete 8 weekly check-ins in a row using the check-in section of the sheet. This will help us track progress, stay accountable, and make adjustments where needed. The dates are in the spreadsheet/training plan so you will know exactly when this needs to be done by.  Link is also below if you want to save it to save or bookmark it.

You're all set to get started, as I said any issues accessing the modules, getting into the app or questions about your training programme just drop me a message or email.
